SEO MonsteriGaming SEO Agency

iGaming SEO Agency for Casino, Sportsbook and Affiliate Brands

Organic growth in licensed gambling markets: the Google results, the threads players read and the AI answers they act on, measured against registrations and first deposits rather than traffic.

Fixed-fee audit, two weeks, no retainer to start.

Best for
Licensed casino and sportsbook operators, and the affiliates, review portals and comparison sites that send them players.
What you get
Technical SEO, market and keyword strategy, content, authority links, digital PR, Reddit presence and AI-answer visibility under one plan, run by the people who wrote it.
Price
Fixed-fee audit, $6,500, delivered in two weeks. Retainers from $6,000 a month for one market. Thirty days’ notice, no minimum term.
How we work
Licensed brands only. No PBNs on your money site. One operator and one affiliate per market. Every link placement shown to you before it is bought.
Timeline
Technical and indexation fixes show inside weeks. Category positions in a competitive market take two to three quarters.
Markets
Regulated markets, the UK and Ontario to the Netherlands, Germany and the US states, in English first. We take a market on only when we can staff it, and say so on the first call.

What AI tells your players

A player asks before they deposit. We measured what ChatGPT answers them, because that answer, not your homepage, decides who gets the deposit.

In September 2026 we put 159 questions to ChatGPT with web search switched on, the kind a player types before a first deposit: which online casinos are the most trusted and pay out fastest in a market, and which sites to read before choosing one. Twenty-plus markets, from the UK and Ontario to Brazil, the Netherlands and Malta, as they stood in September 2026. Each question named a real operator or affiliate in that market, and we read whether the answer named it back.

What we measuredResultWhat it means for you
Sources cited per answer7, from 426 different domains across the runThe answer is assembled from several pages. Ranking one page is not the job; being present in the set is.
Of the 20 most-cited sources, affiliate and review sites14. One operator’s own site. The rest: a logo archive, a sports site, TrustpilotThe pages that decide the deposit are mostly not the operator’s. Those pages are a channel, and they are open to work.
Operator asked about, named in the answer about its own market5 of 111Brand strength on your own site does not carry into the model’s answer by itself. It has to be put there.
Affiliate asked about, named in the answer0 of 48Affiliates compete inside the same answer as operators, and lose it just as often.
Reddit, YouTube and regulators cited0For this question the model reads review and comparison pages, not threads. Threads matter in Google and in the player’s own research, which is where we use them.

One more thing the run showed. In the UK answers, one of the five most-cited sources is labour-history.org.uk, a former labour-history archive whose domain now hosts “Best European Casinos 2026”. The model cites what ranks and does not ask who the source is. A clean, accurate page that models can cite is an open seat at that table.

Method: ChatGPT (gpt-4.1-mini) through the API with web search on, September 2026, one question per brand and market, 159 answers read by script and checked by hand. The same exercise on “which iGaming SEO agency” questions is how we chose what to put on this page.

Why iGaming SEO is a different discipline

Most of what works in other categories works here. Five things do not, and they decide whether the work holds a year later.

  1. 1

    Your money or your life

Google reads gambling pages under its YMYL and E-E-A-T guidelines: who wrote this, is the licence disclosed, is the responsible-gambling information there, is the RTP figure right. A licensed brand’s thin category page loses to an affiliate’s page with a methodology section. The fix is content built like a review site’s, on the operator’s own domain.

  2. 2

    The link market is poisoned

Casino links are sold in bulk, from expired domains, private networks and hacked sites, and Google has seen all of it. Cheap links are the expensive ones: the profile they build is the one a core update discounts. Authority here means placements on sites with real traffic in adjacent topics, each one shown to you with its URL, traffic and sponsored flag before it goes live.

  3. 3

Affiliates outrank you on your own name

Brand plus bonus, brand plus review, is brand legit: comparison sites and complaint threads take those pages, then charge you for the player who was already yours. Owning the brand SERP is a service of its own, and it starts with your own pages answering those queries.

  4. 4

    The licence draws the map

Which domain you may use, who may link to you, what a bonus page may say, where geo-targeting has to be exact. It differs by regulator, and it changes the plan before the first keyword is chosen. The markets section below is the short version.

  5. 5

    Large estates break quietly

Thousands of game or odds pages, country folders, mirrors, a platform migration: index bloat and duplicate estates cost positions over a quarter without a single error in Search Console. Indexation control, canonicals and hreflang are the first month of every engagement.

What we do

Six services, one plan. Most brands start with the audit and add the rest as the plan proves out.

Technical SEO and recovery

Indexation, geo and language targeting, duplicate estates, migrations and mirrors, crawl budget on large platforms. After a drop: is it a core update, a manual action, a technical failure or a regulatory block, read from Search Console before and after, then the fix in tickets your developers can pick up.

An indexable estate and a diagnosis you can act on

Market and keyword strategy

Demand measured per market, the search results read for what actually wins there (an operator page, an affiliate list, a guide), and a page map with one primary query per page so your own pages never compete with each other.

The page list for the next two quarters, with the reason for each

Content

Category, game, market and brand pages written the way the winning pages are written and the way the regulator allows: bonus terms stated, responsible-gambling information present, product facts checked. English first; local-language work is scoped per market with writers who know the product.

Pages that rank and pass a compliance read

Authority links and digital PR

Editorial placements on gambling-adjacent sites with real traffic, chosen by topic and audience rather than a domain-rating list; anchor text and velocity controlled; press and trade coverage for the brand. Every placement is shown before it is bought, and the list is yours.

A link profile a core update strengthens rather than discounts

Brand SERP and reputation

The first page for your brand name, brand plus bonus, brand plus withdrawal, brand plus scam: official pages that answer them, review and rating profiles, coverage you can stand behind, and complaint threads moved off page one by better results rather than by takedown requests.

A brand page that converts the player who was already looking for you

Community and AI visibility

Presence in the subreddits and forums players read before they sign up, built the way each community tolerates rather than the way that gets the account banned. And the AI answers: a tracked prompt set per market, the sources those answers lean on, and the work that makes your pages one of them.

Mentions and citations on prompts you chose, reported monthly

Who this is for, and who it is not for

The plan above works for two kinds of client and fails for three, so we say which before the call.

For

  • Licensed operators

Online casino, sportsbook, poker, bingo and sweepstakes brands with a licence valid for the markets they target, growing organic alongside paid and affiliate.

  • Affiliates and media

Review portals, comparison sites, tipster and odds media, streamer brands. Everything above applies, with brand-SERP work swapped for a page-quality programme.

Not for

  • Unlicensed or grey-market brands

Not a case-by-case judgement: grey-market work puts every other client’s link estate at risk.

  • Brands that need a hot market inside thirty days

The honest answer is paid, not us.

  • Anyone who wants bought links on the money site

We will say which parts of a plan carry risk and let you decide; we will not run the risky part quietly.

Which markets we work in, and what a licence changes

Licensed markets, and only the ones we can staff. What the licence changes for organic work differs by regulator, so here is the short version for the markets we are asked about most.

MarketRegulator and regimeWhat it changes for organic work
United KingdomGambling Commission; LCCP and the CAP Code, section 16You answer for your affiliates’ marketing (LCCP social responsibility code 1.1.2). Pages must not be of strong appeal to under-18s (CAP 16.3.12, since October 2022) or present gambling as a route to financial security (16.3.4). GamStop participation is mandatory for online licensees, since March 2020.
Ontario, CanadaAGCO, Registrar’s Standards for Internet Gaming; iGaming OntarioRegulated market since 4 April 2022. Operators answer for the third parties they contract (standard 1.19), and a paid affiliate may not also promote sites taking Ontario wagers without AGCO registration (1.21). No active or retired athletes in advertising since 28 February 2024 (2.03). Games are offered only inside Ontario, with dynamic geolocation (3.02).
GermanyGGL, Halle; State Treaty on Gambling 2021Only whitelisted operators may be offered or advertised, and an affiliate may link only to permitted operators, which the operator has to ensure. The €1,000 a month cross-provider deposit limit shapes what a bonus page may promise.
NetherlandsKansspelautoriteit (Ksa); Remote Gambling ActOnline market open since 1 October 2021. Untargeted advertising has been banned since 1 July 2023, so organic content has to be aimed at adults who are not vulnerable, and the licensee answers for advertising made on its behalf, affiliates included.
SwedenSpelinspektionen; Gambling Act 2018:1138Marketing must be moderate (chapter 15, section 1), and the key information about a game has to be available in Swedish.
SpainDGOJ; Royal Decree 1613/2011A licensed operator serves Spanish players on a dedicated site under a .es domain (article 15), so the launch is a domain project before it is a content project.
United StatesState regulators: New Jersey DGE, Pennsylvania PGCB, Michigan MGCB and othersOnline casino is legal in seven states (New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware, Rhode Island); online sports betting in most. Affiliates register or are licensed per state: a revenue-share affiliate needs an ancillary licence in New Jersey and certification in Pennsylvania, and Michigan requires vendor registration. Geo-fencing is per state.
Malta and CuraçaoMGA; Curaçao Gaming Authority under the LOK, in force since 24 December 2024Licences of supply: they let you operate, not market into a locally regulated country. Cross-border supply from Malta needs a justifiable legal reason in the target country, and a UK, Ontario or German player still has to be served under that market’s licence.

What this means for the plan

The domain is sometimes the regulator’s choice

Where a market requires a local domain, the launch is a migration project first and a content project second, and it is planned as one.

Affiliate rules change who may send you players

Where affiliates must be registered, or the operator is liable for their marketing, your affiliate programme’s terms are part of your SEO, because the pages that outrank you are theirs.

Advertising-content rules apply to your organic pages

Bonus wording, claims that gambling is a route to financial security, appeal to under-18s, inducements: the same rule that governs an ad governs the landing page it points to.

A licence of supply is not market access

Malta and Curaçao licences let you operate; marketing into a locally regulated market needs that market’s licence, and the plan is built per licence, not per language.

The UK, specifically

The UK buyer reads this same page: there is no UK version, because the UK is a different search result, not a different language. What differs is the regulator (the Gambling Commission’s LCCP, the CAP Code’s gambling section, GamStop) and who ranks: UK agencies and UK roundups, almost none of them the same domains as the US page. We work UK brands under UK rules on the same plan.

Brazil: the regulated market that opened on 1 January 2025 was closed by Medida Provisória 1.394 on 25 September 2026, which prohibits fixed-odds betting and online games nationwide; the authorisations lapse thirty days later. Until Congress and the courts settle it, we are not taking Brazilian work, and the measurement above shows Brazil as it stood before the ban.

If your market is not in the table, we tell you on the first call what standing it up would take, rather than taking the retainer and learning on your budget.

How we work

Four stages. You can stop after the first and keep everything we found.

  1. 1

    Audit

    Two weeks, fixed fee

Where you rank by market, who outranks you and with what kind of page, what blocks the rest, and what the AI answers say about you. Delivered as a prioritised plan with the estimated return per item, not as a crawl export.

    You keep: the plan

  2. 2

    Foundations

    Months 1 to 3

Technical debt, indexation, site structure, country and language targeting, the brand SERP. The work that makes everything after it cheaper.

You keep: a clean, indexable estate

  3. 3

    Authority

    Month 2 onwards

Content, links, digital PR, community presence and AI citations, run together so they build one entity rather than three campaigns.

You keep: a link list and a content estate that are yours

  4. 4

    Scale

    Quarter 2 onwards

New markets on the system proven in the first one, with reporting that shows what each market returns.

    You keep: a per-market P&L for organic

What we report

Monthly, per market: non-brand clicks and the queries behind them; registrations and first deposits attributed to organic; share of the first page for your brand queries; mentions and citations on the tracked AI prompt set. Traffic alone is not a result and is not reported as one.

Proof

We do not publish client results we are not cleared to name, and in a licensed category you should distrust an agency that does. Here is what we show instead.

On a call

Search Console and analytics data from the properties we run, with the client’s permission, for a brand like yours.

On this page

Our own measurement work, with method and date. The player-side run above. And the agency side: on 22 October 2026 we put the same 60 buyer questions (“who are the best iGaming SEO agencies”, “how do I choose one”, “what should I ask before hiring”) to ChatGPT and Perplexity. They named 200 and 203 brands respectively, with only 35 in common, and on eleven of the questions neither named anyone. This page answers those eleven. That is the method we sell: measure the surface, find the empty seat, build the page that fills it.

Read the player-side measurement

Pricing and what drives it

Two numbers are fixed; the rest depends on four things we can name.

The audit is $6,500, fixed

Delivered in two weeks as a prioritised plan. If we are not the right fit we say so in it, and the plan is yours to run with anyone.

Retainers start at $6,000 a month

For a single market. Thirty days’ notice, no minimum term.

What moves the retainer

The number of markets and languages; the size of the estate (a sportsbook with ten thousand event pages is not a twelve-page affiliate site); how much authority work the market needs to close the gap; and whether the brand SERP needs repair before growth. Link placements and PR coverage are scoped in the plan and shown to you before they are bought.

What is not extra

Reporting, the tracked AI prompt set, developer tickets, calls.

Agency, freelancer or in-house

The buyer’s real comparison is not us against another agency. It is this.

Specialist agencyFreelancerIn-house team
StartWeeksDaysA quarter or two to hire
CoversTechnical, content, links, PR, community, AI, per marketOne or two of thoseWhat you can hire for
Monthly cost, one marketFrom $6,000$2,000 to $6,000Two to four salaries plus tools and link budget
Risk controlPolicies in the contract, placements shown before purchaseDepends on the personYours, if you know what to ask for
Best whenLaunching, recovering, or entering new marketsA defined task with an owner on your sideSeveral brands and markets with organic already a major channel
Fails whenYou need someone on your platform dailyThe task becomes a programmeThe team has no gambling experience and learns on your budget

The usual answer for an operator in one or two markets is the agency, with an in-house owner on the platform. For a group with several brands it is an in-house lead with agency specialists for the markets and skills it cannot staff. We work in both setups and write tickets your developers can pick up without a translation layer.

Questions to ask any iGaming SEO agency

Including us. The answers tell you more than the pitch.

  1. 1

Which licensed brands have you worked with, in which markets?

    Expect
Names, or a reason they cannot name them and an offer to show the data on a call.
    Us
    The second. See Proof.
  2. 2

Show me a link you placed last month: the URL, its traffic, the sponsored flag.

    Expect
You see it before you sign, not after.
    Us
Every placement is shown before purchase and the list is yours.
  3. 3

What happens to the links and content if we leave?

    Expect
    “They are yours.”
    Us
    They are.
  4. 4

What do you report: traffic, or registrations and deposits?

    Expect
    The second, per market.
    Us
Per market, monthly, with brand-SERP share and AI mentions.
  5. 5

What changes in your plan for our regulator?

    Expect
Specifics: the domain rule, the affiliate rule, the bonus wording.
    Us
The table above, and the rest on the call.
  6. 6

Who writes the content, and do they know the product?

    Expect
Writers who can explain wagering requirements and RTP without looking them up.
    Us
Yes, and the compliance read is part of the brief.
  7. 7

Will you take the retainer if you cannot staff our market?

    Expect
    “No.”
    Us
    No.

What we do not promise

Four things you will hear elsewhere and not here.

A position by a date

We forecast, we show the plan and the milestones, and we report against them.

A hot market in thirty days

Technical fixes show inside weeks; category positions take quarters.

Grey-market work

Licensed brands only, in the markets the licence covers.

Risk you did not sign off

Every part of the plan that carries risk is named as such, with the downside, before it runs.

Questions

How do I choose an iGaming SEO agency?

Pick the one that can show licensed-market work in your jurisdiction, shows you its links before you pay for them, and reports registrations rather than traffic. Then ask the seven questions above and read the answers against the plan it sends.

What should I ask an SEO agency before hiring it for a gambling site?

Which licensed brands it has worked with and where, how it builds links and whether you see them first, what it measures, who writes the content, and what changes in its plan for your regulator. The list above is the long form.

How long does SEO take for a new online casino?

Technical and indexation work shows inside weeks; brand and long-tail queries move in the first quarter; category positions in a competitive market take two to three quarters, and the hardest head terms longer. Anyone promising a hot market in thirty days is selling something that will not hold.

What does an iGaming SEO retainer cost?

Ours starts at $6,000 a month for one market after a $6,500 fixed-fee audit; multi-market programmes scale with markets, languages and estate size. Across the category, single-market retainers run roughly $4,000 to $8,000 and multi-market ones $8,000 to $20,000 and more, which is the range AI assistants quote buyers today.

Can you build links for a casino without getting it penalised?

Yes, by not buying the links that get casinos penalised: editorial placements on sites with real traffic, shown to you before purchase, with anchor text and velocity controlled and no private networks on the money site. No one can promise a site will never be hit; we can promise you will see every link and the reason for it.

Our site dropped after a Google update. Can you fix it?

First we tell you what it was: a core-update recalibration, a manual action, a technical failure or a regulatory block, read from Search Console before and after the rollout. Then the fix, which is different for each. That diagnosis is part of the audit.

Agency or in-house team for an online casino?

One or two markets: an agency with one owner on your side. Several brands and markets with organic already a major channel: an in-house lead plus specialists for what you cannot hire. We work in both setups.

Is iGaming SEO in the UK different?

The rules are: the Gambling Commission’s LCCP makes you responsible for your affiliates’ marketing, the CAP Code governs what a gambling page may say, and GamStop is mandatory. The search results are too: most UK first pages share almost no domains with the US ones. The page you are reading is the same for both; the plan is not.

Do you work with affiliates as well as operators?

Yes, one of each per market. If a competitor of yours is already with us in that market we say so on the first call.

Do you work with unlicensed brands?

No. We work with brands holding a licence valid for the markets they target.

Start with the audit.

Tell us the brand and the markets. We come back in two weeks with what is blocking you, what it is worth, and what the first quarter would look like. If we are not the right fit we will say so.

We reply within one business day, from a person. No sequence, no drip.

Two fields. We work the rest out on the call.
